             When looking for a Mitzvah project to 
            undertake, many people choose to focus on Shmiras HaLashon. Nowadays, there is a wealth of books available 
            on the subject in English and Hebrew and for both adults and children. One of the best ways to improve our Shmiras 
            Halashon is through a Machsom L'fi program. The purpose of the 
            program is to set aside a certain amount of time each day - 
            generally an hour - to be particularly vigilant in avoiding Lashon 
            Harah. Remember, our goal is to be successful at 
            Shmiras HaLashon so each person must be realistic about how much
